Do you replace lost or stolen packages?Updated a year ago

If the online tracking is showing your order was delivered but you still have not received it, please: 

  • Check with your neighbors. 
  • Call your courier company to see if they are holding your parcel and need to liaise with you in order to complete your order delivery. 
  • Check the shipping address you used for your order as you may have inputted the wrong address. 

If your address was incorrect then your parcel may be returned to us after delivery fails at which point we can refund you for the cost of the items you have ordered or attempt to ship out again. If you have tried all of the above and still need assistance, please contact us and explain your circumstances to our support team so they can help you further. Please contact us only after you have tried all of the above as, if you haven't done so yet, we would have to ask you to follow the same steps before we can assist.
